Despite all the precautions that are taken out on the purchase of property, disputes often arise some time in the future. These disputes come in many shapes and sizes including boundary line issues, encroachments by neighbours, flooding (caused by neighbours’ diversion of drains and water courses), sub-standard work by builders.

Occasionally, more unusual problems can arise with regard to the enforcement of easements, covenants and rights of way, all of which affect properties.
