Home Information Packs

Home Information Packs (HIPs) are now required for the sale of all properties. Here at Gardner Leader, as part of our LawNet accreditation, we have teamed up with other LawNet firms throughout the country and HIPhomes (UK) Limited and developed our very own Home Information Pack system. Organising a HIP for your property is simple with Gardner Leader. We will gather all the information required to produce a fully compliant HIP within a short time with no fuss. Your Estate Agent will then have access to your HIP online to download and view by prospective buyers of your property.

Our charges

We will charge £299 + VAT for the preparation of your HIP on the understanding that you will instruct us on the subsequent sale of the property. If you decide not to do this the charge is £399 + vat

How do I get started?

• We will confirm the price, take your details & discuss payment options.
• Within 24hrs of instruction, our dedicated HIP specialist will have organised for every part of the HIP to be prepared including immediate instruction to one of our large panel of local Energy Inspectors.
• As each stage of the HIP is completed, you will be updated with an email or text message.
• You will also have access to view the progress of your HIP through the internet 24/7.
• On completion of the fully compliant HIP, as well as being available to download through our website, the full document will be emailed to your Estate Agents offices.
• Your HIP will be available online for you and your Estate Agent to download instantly!
