Online Family Services

You can use our online service to complete all the forms you will need to file for divorce or dissolve your civil partnership. All the documents that you complete and submit will be checked and signed off by a fully qualified solicitor.

Before you begin, you need to be aware that you can only start a petition for divorce if you have been married for more than one year.

To consider if the online service is right for you please answer the following questions:

  • Do you or your spouse own property, either jointly or solely?
  • Do you or your spouse hold pensions, savings or other investments?
  • Have you and your spouse reached an agreement about how to resolve the division of the family finances?
  • Are there any ongoing disagreements about the children, such as where they will live or how often they will see either you or your spouse.

If you have answered yes to any of the above questions it might be that your divorce is more complex and that you would benefit from an initial consultation with a member of our Family Team.

Document Option

ONLINE DIVORCE - £225 plus VAT & Court costs.

(The fee payable to the Court on issue of divorce proceedings is £340 and on application for Decree Absolute is a further £45)

If you have decided that your divorce is appropriate for the online service, in that it is not contested, and you both are able to co-operate please click here for an outline of the divorce process.
