You can now create your own will documentation yourself using our new online 'document builder'.

How our online service works:

  1. 1. Select a document from the list below - you can either register and pay first, or preview and begin completing the document before purchase.
  2. 2. Once you have answered all the questions to complete the document, and after you have registered and paid, your document will be submitted to Gardner Leader for review.
  3. 3. After review, and or/edit, we'll upload your finalised document to your secure 'My Services' section of the website for you to download and use.

All of our online document services feature a full legal review by one of our solicitors and this is included in the stated price. We will evaluate the draft document you initially submit to us, and then contact you with any further questions we may have in order to amend and finalise it for your circumstances.

Comprehensive Will for married person or civil partner - £120.00
This will is suitable for anyone who is married or in a civil partnership. It will allow you to make as many gifts of money or specific items as you like. You will be able to leave the remainder of your estate after making gifts (i.e. the residuary estate) to as many people as you would like, either in equal shares or in varying percentages. You can also vary how you would like to leave your residuary estate, make provisions for the care of pets and appoint guardians for your children. (Those with spouses/civil partners domiciled outside the UK should note that the normal tax-free allowances do not apply, and we recommend tax advice is sought in these cases). This will is suitable for use in England & Wales and Northern Ireland.
