Three Promotions at Gardner Leader

Newbury-based solicitors Gardner Leader have promoted associate Robert Green to Senior Associate, while solicitors, Fiona Tighe and Robert Parsonson have both become Associates.

Robert Green joined Gardner Leader in 1999 as an Associate, and his promotion reflects the valued contribution he has brought to the commercial team and its clients. Robert qualified in 1971 and ran his own practice in Hungerford for 7 years, prior to joining Gardner Leader. He has extensive knowledge of commercial property law and undertakes a full range of commercial property transactions including sales and purchases of commercial property, commercial leases, landlord and tenant issues and sales and purchases of licensed premises.

Meanwhile, Fiona Tighe has become an Associate having joined Gardner Leader in 2006. Fiona, a member of the Conveyancing Team, qualified in 1983 and used to work for a Basingstoke practice. She commented: “I was delighted to be joining such a forward-thinking practice. The case management systems and emphasis on client care were exactly what I was looking for. I am very pleased to now become an Associate at such an innovative and quality-driven firm.”

Solicitor Robert Parsonson also becomes an Associate, having worked at Gardner Leader since 2001. He joined from University and qualified as a solicitor in 2003. As a member of the Conveyancing Team, Robert specialises in residential property sales and purchases, shared ownership properties, re-mortgages and equity releases.
