Topsource Acquires Practical Payroll

The Commercial Team at Gardner Leader LLP has advised TopSource Global Solutions Ltd. (TopSource), a leading provider of outsourced finance and payroll solutions to growing UK businesses, in its acquisition of Practical Payroll Solutions Ltd. (PPS).  The Gardner Leader team consisted of partners Derek Rodgers and Greg Humphreys, assisted by trainee solicitor Anna Hart.

TopSource is a privately-held, UK-based offshore business process outsourcer.  With operations in Pune, India and London, UK, TopSource supports ambitious companies by providing end-to-end accounting support services, payroll outsourcing, and administrative support services.  TopSource has over 140 employees and is the first fully integrated onshore/offshore provider of payroll and accounting solutions to the UK market place.  With over 100 clients throughout the UK and India, TopSource is uniquely positioned to help clients better manage critical processes within their business.

PPS, based in Southfleet, Kent, is a provider of outsourced payroll solutions for medium and large companies.  PPS delivers more than 60,000 payslips every month to businesses throughout the UK and across seven other countries and territories.
