Derek handles all types of corporate and commercial work including acquisitions and disposals, MBOs, MBIs, company law, partnership, shareholder issues, commercial contracts.
Derek has significant experience in venture capital work having handled over 60 venture capital investments in the last four years and has been involved in the formation and launch of a number of venture capital funds.
He also advises businesses and individuals on all aspects of employment law.
Derek is also a member of the Employment Lawyers Association, a Director of Compass Theatre Company Limited, and a Trustee of the Infertility Research Trust.
