Collette has considerable experience in advising individuals following the breakdown of their marriage or relationship on the following issues:

- Co habitee disputes
Collette is a member of Resolution, a specialist family lawyers group and has recently trained as a Collaborative Lawyer, which is a new alternative way forward for couples who are trying to reach a settlement outside the Court process.
