Seona represents clients at all stages in divorce proceedings, advising on:

• Contested divorce
• Financial settlement
• Children's issues
• Seona also advises upon Civil Partnership issues and Cohabitation disputes

Seona is an Accredited member of Solicitors Family Law Association now known as Resolution in Children's Law and Children's Advocacy, a member of Law Society Family Law Panel and Children's Panel, and a FMA trained Mediator. Seona is the Chair of the Committee of the Local Contact Centre in Newbury and a Committee member for Berkshire Family Mediation. Seona is on the Panel for 'Law on the Web' with respect to providing advice arising from cohabitation disputes.
