David has over 15 years experience representing victims of accident at home and abroad ranging in severity and value. He is accredited by the Law Society as a specialist in this area of work and has been a member of the Society's Personal Injury Panel since 1994.

He is an active member of the Association of Personal Injury Lawyer and has developed strong links with insurers and has amassed a network of important contacts, counsel and expert witnesses. David heads a mini-team of 5 lawyers who have established an outstanding reputation for representing accident victims in complex cases and achieving results.

David specialises in high value Personal Injury Claims, Catastrophic Injury Claims, Fatal Accident and Dependency Claims, Clinical Negligence, International Injury and Product Liability Claims.

David also heads 3 emerging Dispute Resolution mini-teams comprising 3 lawyers per team specialising in:
