R v GLEN ADAWAY (2004) CA (Crim Div) (Rose LJ, V-PHallett J, DobbsJ) 3/11/2004

This case saw the prosecution of a local double glazing company and a Local Authority. The Authority claimed that the double glazing company has mis-represented a conservatory they had sold, under the trade descriptions act. Both directors, represented by Alastair, were equitted, and costs were awarded in favour of the double glazing company, and proceedings are now underway to claim against the Local Authority for Damages.
