Property Disputes

Andrew has been instructed in a number of property disputes, including:

• Boundary Disputes
• Rights of Way
• Building Litigation, including Adjudication proceedings Landlord and Tenant

Andrew has represented a number of residential Landlords in claims for possession and arrears of rent.

Personal Injury

Andrew acts for clients who have suffered personal injury, as a result of negligence from a third party. In particular, he specialises in road traffic accidents and trip/slip cases.
