• Directors duties and interests
• Shareholder rights - including protection of minority shareholders
• Breach of warranty and contractual claims
• Product liability actions in the Technology and Construction Courts

Catastrophic and Fatal Accident Claims

Chris represents victims and their families in relation to post accident claims, specialising in:

• Aviation, rail and multi-party disaster actions
• Liability of employers, product manufacturers and road users
• Foreign jurisdictions
• Representing families in both jury and non-jury Inquests
• Advising Employers/Local Authorities on risk management and accident prevention

Chris was also a member of the Ladbroke Grove Steering Group and co-ordinates claims for the Victims of the Berkshire Railcrash.

R v West Berkshire DC & another ex parte Lynes (July 2002)

Chris successfully represented clients who Judicially Reviewed a local authority regarding the period for compliance with an Enforcement Notice.
