Specialist Areas:

Litigation

·                Criminal Defence

Advising Clients who appear in proceedings in both the Magistrates and Crown Courts, including case management conferences with instructed barristers in Crown Court matters, and Court attendance and representation.

·                Personal Injury

Advising clients who have suffered injury as a result of road traffic accidents, accidents at work and other accidents resulting from the negligence of a third party.

·                General Civil Litigation

Advising on other general areas of Civil Litigation, including contested probate and property matters.

Commercial

Assists Commercial Team Partners Derek Rodgers and Greg Humphreys, and solicitor Julie Taylor with various areas of commercial work including commercial property, assorted corporate matters and employment issues.

Outside the office:

Outside of the office David is involved in a number of sporting activities, including football, cricket, squash and golf. He is also a keen follower of Tottenham Hotspur FC.

David is also a keen musician, playing Solo Cornet for Watership Brass in Newbury, and Soprano Cornet for the Hannington Silver Band.
