- Advising Employers/Local Authorities on risk management and accident prevention
Current/Past Cases:
- Represented ex-MClaren engineer Phil Mackereth at the World Motor Sports Council in Monaco in December 2007, a hearing brought by Vodafone, McLaren, Mercedes and ING Renault F1 under the International Sporting Code.
- Successfully brought liability claims in relation to a defective helicopter/gearbox against French and German defendants.
- Chris was also a member of the Ladbroke Grove Steering Group and co-ordinated claims for the victims of the Berkshire Railcrash.
