My first reported case back in 2016. I felt like a real litigator!
Be yourself; take on board advice given to you; try to find something that makes you stand out from others and excel at it; don’t be afraid to speak your mind.
I started at Gardner Leader in 1999 helping out with archives and covering reception. I was lucky enough to be offered the chance to train to become a Legal Executive, then subsequently, to qualify further as a solicitor. Gardner Leader has supported me all the way with my studies and my career. To now be made a partner is the icing on the cake for me.
The people who work at Gardner Leader are fantastic. There are few, if any, egos and we all get on so well, which makes it such an enjoyable place to work.
I’m good with stats and numbers, so something relating to that.
I learned how to do a Rubik’s cube during lockdown.
