There is always a solution to a problem and keep your training records up to date.

Why did you decide to train at Gardner Leader?

Gardner Leader’s values, such as going that extra mile to give the client peace of mind, resonate strongly with me. The firm is a friendly environment to work that invests in its staff and our well being.

Why did you decide to study law?

I was working with children at Nottingham Magistrates and Crown courts and became interested in the law and legal mechanisms within the court system. A friend steered me towards a college in Oxford that provided law courses to people looking to re-train and I decided to pursue the opportunity.

What’s your ideal holiday destination and why?

Somewhere new, with decent coffee and room service.

What’s your favourite film?

I’m not sure it’s possible to have a single favourite film. I like classic movies, so Ninotchka, The Searchers or Casablanca are up there. My most watched film, however, is probably the Forbidden Planet.

Who would you most like to step into the shoes of for a day?

Nobody – their shoes probably wouldn’t fit.

If you could pick up a new skill in an instant what would it be?

I would love to be able to play snooker to a phenomenal standard.
