I would definitely have to say my promotion to Partner. It is a privilege and an honour.
My advice would be, not to be afraid to ask questions. This is how you learn. Every Solicitor at Gardner Leader has an open door policy, so do not suffer in silence. To head towards Partnership, teamwork is key.
Well, I can tell you what I would not want to be after 5 months home-schooling three children during lockdown, and that would be a teacher! On a serious note, I would love to be a spy.
Gardner Leader have never said ‘No.’ From day one, they have had 100 percent faith in me to let me grow as a lawyer but also to grow the Inheritance Protection team in Maidenhead. Gardner Leader are very keen for people to do well and progress. The Firm have believed in me, have encouraged, and supported me every step of the way.
The people. Gardner Leader is my second family. There is no hierarchy within the firm, we respect one another, and we respect each other’s opinions and views. Things like that matter. It is a very caring firm and everyone is an equal.
It would have to be any one of my three children. I would love to see the world through their eyes. But most of all I would love to know what they are really like at school!
Definitely to read people’s minds. That way, you can speak every language in the world.
I have been an extra in a Bond film. Perhaps this led to my desire to become a spy!
