Protecting our staff and business in response to Coronavirus

15-04-2020

Like all businesses, we are closely following the Government’s guidance in response to the current Coronavirus situation. We have reviewed our standing Business Continuity Plan and added specific provisions to enable us to minimise disruption to our business and our service to clients in the current circumstances.

As a result of recent announcements and guidance we have closed our offices to visitors with effect from the close of business on Monday 23 March until further notice.

The vast majority of our staff are now working from home. We are also able to use video conferencing (internally and externally) and other technology instead of face to face meetings. We continue to offer the full range of services to all of our existing clients and to new clients. We know that these are challenging times for everyone and we are here to offer you our support and to help provide peace of mind.

Our priorities are to ensure the wellbeing of our staff and to ensure that our service to clients is affected as little as possible while the current situation continues.

We would like to thank all those working at the frontline for doing an amazing job to support and care for people during the Coronavirus crisis. We would like to show our appreciation by offering a discount of 15%* on our services (excluding disbursements) until September 2020 to all NHS, emergency service and care home workers. This offer is available from our family, inheritance protection and residential property teams. *Our discount on commercial, employment and litigation services to individuals will be assessed on a case-by-case basis and a member of the team will be happy to talk through your situation. You can read more about this here.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss alternative arrangements for contacting us instead of meeting face to face, please speak to those handling your matter or call us on 01635 508080.
