The role which we play depends upon the wishes of the family and we normally recommend an early meeting with the executors at which we can advise on the necessary formalities of the administration process and discuss whatever our role is to be. In some cases we are asked to deal with the whole process whereas on other occasions we are just asked to prepare the tax and probate papers.
