Eleanor Curtis is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution Team
Eleanor qualified as a Solicitor in July 2018 and joined the Dispute Resolution Team where her work is focused on Contested Trusts & Probate matters. Eleanor joined the firm in 2015 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution Team having completed the Legal Practice Course at the Oxford Institute of Legal Practice. She started her training contract in January 2017 and remained in the Dispute Resolution Team. Thereafter, she undertook seats in the Family Team and the Inheritance Protection Team before qualification in July 2018.
Eleanor has spent her time in the Dispute Resolution team assisting with a successfully defended High Court claim brought by an international businessman in connection with an alleged will together with claims relating to partnership disputes, disputed estate claims and disputed property transfer claims. She has also assisted in large scale international arbitration, an adjudication and a procurement challenge.
