Farah is a Trainee Solicitor in the Family team.
Farah is currently in the third seat of her training contract with the Family Team.
Farah joined the firm as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team in 2017, having graduated from the University of Westminster with a First Class Honours in LLB Law. Farah subsequently completed her LPC, alongside her Masters, at the University of Law, Guildford.
In the second seat of her training contract Farah assisted Corporate & Commercial, Commercial Property and Employment sub-teams.
Farah started her training contract in January 2019 and completed her first seat in Residential Property. In this seat Farah assisted with residential sale and purchase files including new builds and shared ownerships, transfers of equity, equity release and property related trust deeds.
Farah also assisted on a wide array of commercial litigation and property litigation matters including; settlement of a professional negligence claim matter against a firm of solicitors, urgent injunction application to enforce restrictive covenants of an employment contract, setting aside statutory demand applications, winding up petitions, tenancy deposit scheme matters, rent repayment orders and a construction dispute based on a profit share and overage agreement amongst others.
