Helena is a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
Helena joined the firm as a paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team in 2017, having graduated from the University of Reading with a 2.1 in LLB Law. Helena subsequently completed her LPC at the University of Law in Guildford where she received a distinction.
Helena started her training contract in July 2018 and remained in the Dispute Resolution team. She then completed seats in both the Inheritance Protection team and the Family team. Helena qualified as a Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team in January 2020.
Helena has had considerable experience dealing with contentious probate matters including numerous Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims and disputes arising during the administration of trusts and estate. Helena regularly advises on challenges to the validity of wills and issues of construction of wills and deeds. She has had experience of mediation in relation to these matters and enjoys resolving the deadlock in disputes. Helena has also assisted in an array of clinical negligence claims as well as various commercial and property related disputes.
