Javeria is a Trainee Solicitor in the Commercial Property team.
Having graduated from Oxford Brookes University, Javeria joined the firm in 2018 as a paralegal within the Residential Property team whilst undertaking her Legal Practice Course at the University of Law, Bloomsbury.
Since starting her Training Contract in 2019 Javeria has undertaken a seat in Residential Property, the Dispute Resolution team, working on contested probate matters and has now started her third seat in Commercial Property.
Javeria will be assisting the Commercial Property team with a range of commercial property matters including the sale and purchase of land, drafting and negotiating commercial leases and landlord & tenant matters.
Javeria has been involved in a number of contentious probate matters including Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 claims, challenges to the validity of wills and disputes arising during the administration of trusts and estate. Javeria has also assisted in clinical negligence claims.
Javeria assisted the Residential Property team with a variety of transactions relating to residential sales and purchases. This includes unregistered property, new builds and shared ownership, she also has experience in dealing with re-mortgages, transfers of equity, lease extensions and equity release mortgages.
