Laila is a Trainee Solicitor in the Inheritance Protection Team.
Laila joined the firm in 2019 as a Paralegal in the Dispute Resolution team. Laila previously completed a BSc in Biomedical Sciences and a Masters in Cancer Research. She has completed the GDL and LPC with a Masters in Law & Business Management at the University of Law, London. Laila has volunteered at the Citizens Advice Bureau in Oxfordshire during her studies.
Laila commenced her training contract in January 2020 in the Dispute Resolution team, and is now continuing her training in the Inheritance Protection team.
Laila has completed an internship abroad where she worked on commercial matters including contractual disputes and IP disputes with an element of international disputes.
During her Commercial Litigation seat, Laila has assisted in matters relating to breach of contract, shareholder disputes, insolvency and fraud. Laila has also experienced working in some aspects of clinical negligence.
