With eight years of experience in the corporate law field, Michal offers expertise handling M&A deals and IPOs both nationally and across borders. She is dual qualified to practise in both the UK and Israel, and speaks English, Russian and Hebrew.
Michal has an extensive experience in Mergers and Acquisitions, takeovers, capital markets and general company/commercial law. Her greatest interest is in helping directors, shareholders and companies achieve viable and legally workable commercial success. She has advised companies in various stages of operations and is a STEP affiliate member with a particular interest in international private wealth management.
She has an invaluable experience in working with diverse stakeholders and teams in multiple jurisdictions and managing cross border transactions. Michal is a dual qualified solicitor (UK and Israel) and speaks three languages (English, Russian and Hebrew) which has proven an asset when dealing with companies that have an international dimension.
Michal works with a broad range of not-for-profit organisations. Her work for charities and social enterprises includes: start-ups, constitutional advice including restructuring, and governance reviews. Her broad experience as a corporate lawyer enables her to provide advice to charities working internationally on legal arrangements with overseas branches, as well as advice on contracts, grant agreements and fundraising contracts.
Michal is also a Law Society Ambassador as part of the Back to Law programme, and previously acted as director of Maidenhead Synagogue – a not for profit organisation with over 800 members and has been on numerous committees.
