Corporate
Jennifer qualified as a solicitor in September 2025 and joined the corporate team in October 2025. She has a wide variety of corporate experience including private equity deals, share buybacks, corporate financing and corporate governance. Prior to commencing her period of recognised training in 2023, Jennifer gained extensive experience as a corporate paralegal and has an undergraduate degree in Chemistry from the University of Bristol, in addition to distinctions in both the law conversion and legal practice course.
