Jessica Woolfenden is an Associate in the Wills, Probate and Estate Planning Team.
She worked in the legal sector for several years as paralegal working in criminal law and an Accredited Police Station Representative before completing the Legal Practice Course and beginning her training and qualification as a solicitor in 2020 with a regional law firm.
Since qualification Jessica became an Accredited Lifetime Lawyer and has had the benefit of ‘Understanding Dementia’ training.

Jessica advises high net worth individuals, couples, blended families, business owners and entrepreneurs on all aspects of private wealth planning. She provides strategic advice on wills, succession planning, estate structuring, lifetime gifting and inheritance tax mitigation, helping clients preserve and pass on wealth efficiently across generations.
Jessica also advises on lasting powers of attorney and supports families through the administration of estates, including obtaining Grants of Probate, inheritance tax reporting and managing complex estate administration.
