After 24 years dealing with estate administration I am used to dealing with numerous law firms, some huge and others very small. When I joined Bible Society as Legacy Officer in 2011 I was surprised to learn that we did not have a “friendly” solicitor who we consulted on legacy issues. Given the diversity of the legal issues that can arise with legacies it is clearly prudent to have a friendly, professional law firm you can rely upon.

We encountered Alastair Goggins and Robert Jobson almost by chance and our early dealings were friendly, open and technically impressive – having been far from impressed by the service of numerous solicitors I looked for the catch!
