Recently Gardner Leader, one of the region’s leading law firms, has advised the shareholders of Swindon-based IT, digital and technology consultants, Leading Resolutions Limited, on the company’s management buyout backed by NVM Private Equity.
Joe Lewis, Corporate team leader, headed up the team including Gail Vallis, Karron Whitter, Rabika Basran, Diane Yarrow and Jonathan Bradley who were involved in advising in this buyout.
