Every woman goes through menopause. These are mostly women near or at the peak of their careers. For huge numbers, their experience and expertise are critical to the business for whom they work, but 90% of these women, will suffer troublesome symptoms such as difficulty sleeping and profuse sweating.
Menopause has long been a taboo subject, whether that’s through fear or ignorance, women have had to suffer in silence. Now it is time for responsible firms to acknowledge its impact and support those who need it.
