Michelle is a Partner at Gardner Leader in the Dispute Resolution team.
Michelle specialises in all aspects of commercial dispute resolution from contractual disputes, professional negligence, partnership/shareholder disputes and arbitration.
Michelle also specialises in all forms of property litigation, contentious landlord and tenant matters, rent arrears, disrepair and dilapidations, forfeiture, restrictive covenants and obtaining possession.
Michelle is also an expert in regulatory matters such as Health and Safety, environmental and trading standards. She is regularly involved in defending prosecutions and assisting in regulatory investigations. Michelle was recognised in 2012 by Chambers as a Leading Individual in this area.
Michelle trained and qualified with Gamlins Solicitors, later moving to Penningtons LLP and then Thomas Eggar LLP prior to joining Gardner Leader.
