Family Law
Amy generally assists couples who find themselves having to navigate a relationship breakdown and routinely advises on divorce, separation generally, the resolution of financial matters and child arrangements. In addition, Amy also assists couples who wish to plan for their future together including advising on pre-nuptial agreements. With a focus on amicable and out of court settlements, wherever possible, Amy has particular experience and a keen interest in the resolution of child arrangements and strives for child-focused solutions.
With this focus in mind, Amy is also a Collaborative Practitioner.
During her time in the Conveyancing team prior to qualification, Amy worked largely on Transfers of Equity and Remortgages/Equity Release and therefore, has considerable insight into how these transactions should be structured for Family clients.
