Beth is a Trainee Solicitor in the Conveyancing Team.
She first joined the Property Litigation team, and spent 18-months focusing primarily on property disputes but also general commercial litigation, insolvency matters and litigation funding. Beth is currently in the second seat of her training contract, due to qualify in March 2025 and hopes to specialise in a property-based area of law.
Work Highlights:
- Preparation for, and assistance with, several property-related mediations.
- Assisting with advising on particular areas of law including, but not limited to, the correct measure of damages in property-related torts; nuisance following the case of Fearn and ors v Tate Gallery [2023] UKSC 4; and the impact of the Renters (Reform) Bill 2022.
