Beth is a Solicitor in the Residential Property Team.
She qualified as a Solicitor in March 2025, and draws on her experience as a Trainee in a wide range of property-related areas including Commercial and Land Dispute Resolution and matters pertaining to Commercial Real Estate.
Beth works closely with assistants and fee-earners on both sale and purchase files, as well as a diverse array of other conveyancing matters. In particular, Beth enjoys agricultural property matters and hopes to develop a specialism in this area.
Work Highlights:
- Repeat instruction from high-profile local clients in both the Real Estate and Finance sectors;
- Drafting reports on title in respect of freehold, leasehold, newbuild and historic estate properties and advising clients accordingly; and
- Carrying out individual, as well as simultaneous, exchanges and completions for a wide range of transactions.
