Having initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010, Bonnie spent several years working as a Legal Manager for a range of technology businesses. This client-side experience informs her practice, underpinning a commercial approach to risk, an appreciation of competing priorities, and a strong emphasis on cost transparency.
Bonnie cross-qualified as a Solicitor in 2023, achieving a First-Class Master’s degree in Professional Legal Practice. She regularly supports on large corporate M&A transactions, while also leading her own varied caseload of share and asset deals.
In addition, Bonnie advises on a broad range of general corporate matters, including corporate restructurings, share buybacks, and shareholders’ agreements.
Recent experience includes:
- working as part of the GL team of advisors to the Pontrilas Group on its sale to international timber group Glennon Brothers
- working as part of the deal team advising the shareholders of KAM Project Consultants on the sale of the group to private equity backed Contollo Group
- working as part of the deal team advising the shareholders of Greenbest on the sale of the company to international fertilizer and pharmacy group, ICL
- leading on the acquisition of a telecommunications group by a national communications infrastructure provider
- leading on the acquisition of a textile embroidery business by a corporate apparel branding retailer
