Bonnie is a solicitor in the Corporate and Commercial Teams.
Corporate and Commercial
Having initially qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in 2010, Bonnie gained experience in a variety of corporate and commercial matters at a Bristol firm.
She then spent several years as a legal manager for businesses including a software house and education consultancy. During this time she coordinated bids for numerous public procurements and developed a keen interest in the healthtech industry, allowing her to appreciate the particular needs of clients in these areas.
Bonnie has recently cross-qualified as a Solicitor, having achieved a first class master’s degree in Professional Legal Practice in 2023.
She works in the Business Team, assisting with a variety of corporate transactions.
