Charlotte is a Partner in our Real Estate team.
Charlotte qualified in 1997 at a multinational law firm and subsequently worked in the real estate teams of several others in London before relocating to Buckinghamshire and becoming a partner in a Legal 500 boutique corporate practice. Charlotte was head of property at a Newbury law firm before joining Gardner Leader in 2026. She specialises in acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant matters, secured lending and property aspects of corporate transactions.
