Charlotte is a Trainee Solicitor in our Real Estate Team.
She graduated from De Montfort University with an Upper Second-Class Degree in Law and completed her LPC Masters with Distinction in Summer 2026.
Charlotte joined Gardner Leader as a paralegal in the Conveyancing Team in 2023 and has developed a wide range of experience on residential property matters including, but not limited to, sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
