Eugenia is a Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution team.
Eugenia joined the firm in 2021 and has since gained experience across a wide variety of commercial matters.
Eugenia holds a 2:1 Law Degree LLB(Hons) from the University of Warwick and completed her LPC with a Master’s degree in Law at BPP Law School in London.
Dispute Resolution
In our Commercial Litigation team, she has been involved in matters including contractual, shareholder and partnership disputes, professional negligence, private nuisance and civil fraud claims. Much of her work has included an international element, involving overseas parties and cross-border considerations. She assisted with cases at various stages of the litigation process, from pre-action correspondence through to court proceedings and alternative dispute resolution.
Real Estate
Prior to qualification, Eugenia worked within the firm’s Real Estate team, acting for commercial clients on transactional matters. This experience has provided her with insight into how commercial arrangements are structured, negotiated and documented, and the practical considerations that underpin business decisions. As a result, she approaches disputes with an awareness of the wider commercial context and importance of proportionate, outcome-focused advice.
Corporate & Commercial
Eugenia also gained experience in the firm’s Corporate & Commercial. Exposure to corporate governance, shareholder arrangements and commercial contracting has strengthened her understanding of the commercial drivers behind disputes and assisted her in analysing issued through both the legal and commercial lens.
In addition, Eugenia contributes to the firm’s knowledge initiatives through article writing and commentary on legal developments, including emerging issues relating to artificial intelligence and its impact on commercial practices.
