Eugenia is a Trainee Solicitor in our Dispute Resolution Team.
Prior to joining Gardner Leader, Eugenia graduated from the University of Warwick in 2018 with a 2:1 Law Degree LLB(Hons). After her studies she went on to gain legal work experience volunteering for Citizens Advice working as a Gateway assessor before progressing to Advisor. Eugenia has subsequently completed her further studies obtaining her LPC (Legal Practice Course) with Master’s in law from BPP University, Holborn.
Residential Property
Eugenia has worked on a wide variety of residential sales and purchases as well as more technical transfers of equity, shared ownership, new build and residential lease extensions during her time in our conveyancing team.
Real Estate
Having worked in Real Estate for over two years, she has experience across a wide range of matters including corporate support, Landlord and Tenant, first registrations, lease re-structuring, re-financing, and estate management for our commercial clients.
Corporate & Commercial
Eugenia completed her first seat in our corporate and commercial departments working on matters including corporate and share re-structuring, mergers & acquisitions, Shareholders agreements and articles of association.
In our commercial department she worked on matters including data protection policies compliant with UK and EU law, advising clients on ESG compliance, NDAs and Confidentiality Agreements.
Eugenia is currently in her third seat in our Commercial Litigation team.
Alongside her client work she is also contributing to the monthly AI Soundbites series on LinkedIn in collaboration with James Fox.
