Fiona is our Client Experience Director.
Fiona is responsible for cross firm collaboration to implement processes that put clients at the heart of what we do. Fiona is responsible for three of our support services teams – Marketing, Reception and Central Enquiries, all of which share a common goal to deliver an amazing client experience.
With over 20 years experience of law firm marketing in firms of varying scale, Fiona joined the firm in 2014 to set up our Marketing team and is committed to the continued development of our marketing to ensure we deliver peace of mind to our clients and prospects. Fiona’s keen interest in continuous improvement of the client experience and the firm’s commitment to it, led to her taking on broader responsibilities as Client Experience Director in 2022.
Fiona is also an experienced and accredited counsellor and therapist with a Masters in Psychodynamic Practice from the University of Oxford and her own private practice. One of the firm’s Wellbeing Champions and a member of the Wellbeing Committee, Fiona uses these skills to contribute to our Wellbeing initiatives and provide signposting and support to staff at all levels across the firm.
