Hayley acts for a broad range of clients across the real estate sector, including private landowners, private property companies, retailers and education establishments. She advises on the acquisition and disposal of freehold and leasehold property and has wide‑ranging experience in landlord and tenant matters, and secured lending. Hayley also advises on the property aspects of corporate transactions, providing pragmatic and commercially focused support.
