Maria is a Trainee Solicitor in the Dispute Resolution team.
Maria joined Gardner Leader in 2023 after graduating from the University of the West of England with a First Class Honours. She spent just over 3 years in the Real Estate team starting as a Paralegal and moving to the role of a Trainee Solicitor and completed the Legal Practice Course with a Distinction.
Maria has gained a vast amount of experience dealing with property transactions such as landlord and tenant work, agricultural land and sales and purchases of commercial property and she has a particular interest in acting for landlords and tenants negotiating and advising commercial leases.
Maria is currently seated in the Property Litigation department gaining experience with dealing with property disputes which compliments her previous property experience. Maria has been assisting with a wide variety of matters ranging from boundary disputes to dilapidations claims and is continuing to build her overall property knowledge.
