Michelle Challis has several years of experience in residential property transactions, 8 years prior to qualifying as a solicitor and thereafter. Her expertise includes dealing with high net worth clients, new builds, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and shared ownership properties.
Residential Property
Michelle handles all areas of residential conveyancing including sales, purchases, freehold and leasehold properties, sale of land, re-mortgages, transfers of equity, equity release, shared ownership properties and new builds.
Michelle deals with properties local to the office in addition to assisting clients who sell and purchase in other areas right across the country.
