Rosie is a Senior Associate in the Family Team based in the Oxford office.
Rosie joined Gardner Leader in January 2025 having worked as a family solicitor for the last 5 years at a specialist family law practice in Buckinghamshire. Rosie studied Law at the University of Reading and qualified as a solicitor in 2019.
Rosie is a member of Resolution. She has also been instrumental in creating networks for junior professionals in and around Buckinghamshire, including being involved in setting up a Young Resolution (“Yres”) Group for the area and was President of the Junior Lawyers Division for Berkshire, Buckinghamshire and Oxfordshire.
Family Law
Having worked in a specialist family law practice since qualification, Rosie is experienced in dealing with a range of family law issues. This includes divorce and connected financial issues, issues surrounding domestic abuse, cohabitation disputes and issues relating to children. Rosie has dealt with many cases involving complex asset structures, trusts, and assets in other jurisdictions.

- Successfully acted for mother’s looking to relocate with the children to Spain and York;
- Acted for a wife in financial remedy proceedings involving complex offshore trusts and companies in Gibraltar and a limited company in the UK, successfully achieving an order akin to her open offer before Court;
- Acted for a wife in financial remedy proceedings involving non disclosure of assets and forged financial disclosure achieving a favourable outcome
- Acted for an intervenor in financial remedy proceedings in his son’s divorce regarding a historic bankruptcy and transfer of shares in a limited company.
