Rufus Kremer is a Paralegal in our Dispute Resolution team.
Rufus graduated from Swansea University in 2022 achieving a 2:1 in Law. Following on from his studies at Swansea University, Rufus, completed his LPC alongside his master’s in law, Business and Management in 2023 to which he achieved a commendation in both.
Rufus joined us in 2025, having previously worked as a Wills and Estate Planning Paralegal in Basingstoke whereby he was involved in the drafting of Will’s, Lasting Powers of Attorney and the administration of various sized estates as well as the challenging the validity of a codicils and the removal of Executors from Grant of Probate
Rufus is now primarily involved in challenges to validity of Wills, proprietary Estoppel claims and disputes occurring the administration of estates.
