Sarah is our HR Director.
Sarah is responsible for delivering the people strategy which is aligned with the firm’s business strategy and growth plans, as well as managing day-to-day HR Operations. She is committed to maintaining a high performance culture and environment and ensuring that Gardner Leader is a great place to work.
Sarah joined the firm in 2024, with over 30 years’ experience in UK & International HR across variety of sectors including financial services, utilities and IT services under both private and public ownership. Having operated at HR Director level for many years, she is passionate about building engaged teams across the firm which will sustain our friendly and supportive culture and ensure that we attract and retain talent at all levels of the organisation.
