Shakira is a Trainee Solicitor currently seated in our Dispute Resolution team.
Shakira joined the firm as a Conveyancing Paralegal in August 2024. She studied Law with Sociology (LLB Hons) at the University of Suffolk before completing her LLM in Professional Legal Practice at the University of Law.
She has gained valuable experience across a variety of disciplines, including residential property, private client, business, family and criminal law, through her work with Gardner Leader, university legal clinics, and placements at several law firms.
During her studies, she was part of the founding team of the University of Suffolk Legal Advice Centre, which went on to win the award for Best New Pro Bono Activity at the LawWorks Student Pro Bono Awards in 2023.
