Leading Thames Valley law firm, Gardner Leader has appointed highly experienced corporate and commercial lawyer, Sally Addis, as a Partner in the firm. Sally, along with her current team, will be based in Oxford, expanding Gardner Leader’s reach and services further into the Oxfordshire region.
With a distinguished career spanning over 25 years, Sally has a track record of advising both local businesses and large firms in the UK, and internationally.
Sally has a reputation for providing pragmatic and astute advice. She works mainly on the sales side of mergers and acquisitions but also on investments, spin-outs, restructuring, joint ventures, shareholders agreements, private equity and commercial agreements.
In 2011 Sally founded Addis Law based in Oxford, working with large corporate clients, SMEs, charities, universities, and private individuals.
Sally and her group of consultants join an expanding, highly experienced team of legal professionals. Gardner Leader employs over 180 staff, working across 12 specialist teams each dedicated to providing specific services to businesses and to individuals.
