Our headline speakers are remarkable women, representing diverse fields including business, education, manufacturing and community leadership who will share their unique journeys to become the women they are today.

Supporting Homeless Oxfordshire
Homeless Oxfordshire is this year’s chosen charity and in support of the IWD 2026 Give to Gain theme, we invite attendees to bring a small donation for their Her Way Home appeal, which supports women to rebuild their lives after homelessness.
