Fibreactive Ltd in Swindon has been sold to discoverIE Group plc.
Fibreactive is a specialist manufacturer of bespoke fibre optic cables, high voltage links containing optical fibres and pre-terminated cable assemblies.

Law firm Gardner Leader advised the shareholders of Fibreactive on the sale. The Gardner Leader team was led by Corporate Partner, Philip Humphreys and supported by Bonnie Jackson (Corporate), Karron Whitter (Real Estate), Michelle Morgan (Employment) and Diane Yarrow (Commercial).
