Maddie Howson is a Solicitor in our Wills, Probate and Estate Planning team.
Maddie qualified as a solicitor in March 2026, after completing her training in Conveyancing, Wills Probate and Estate Planning, Commercial/Corporate, and Contested Probate. Prior to her training, Maddie graduated from Solent University with a First Class Honours degree in Law. Maddie then completed her Masters in Professional Legal Practice with the University of Law.
Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
Maddie has experience in drafting a broad range of Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney, and various Trusts, as well as assisting with estate administrations for a variety of estates.
Contested Probate
Maddie also completed a training seat in Contested Probate where she oversaw a successful hearing to remove an executor of an estate, and an adult child claim under the Inheritance (Provision for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 Act. Other claims involved misappropriation of funds as an attorney or will challenges.
