Maddie Howson is a Trainee Solicitor in our Contested Probate team.
Maddie joined Gardner Leader in 2021 as a conveyancing paralegal. Prior to joining Gardner Leader, Maddie graduated from Solent University with a First Class law degree (LLB Hons). Whilst working at Gardner Leader, Maddie completed the Legal Practice Course with Masters in Law from the University of Law.
Residential Property
Maddie has worked on a variety of property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales, purchases, re-mortgages and transfers of equity, from smaller local properties to high value transactions in London.
Wills, Probate and Estate Planning
Maddie was involved in drafting Wills, Lasting Powers of Attorney and various Trusts, as well as assisting with estate administrations for a variety of estates.
